Williams Sonoma
My work at Williams Sonoma combines graphic design, visual communication, and project management in support of more than 150 retail locations. I design tools ranging from large-scale product presentation guides and visual standards to internal communication platforms and special projects. These resources help stores communicate product stories and execute merchandising strategies with clarity and consistency.
Product Presentation Guide
Create and manage a monthly Product Presentation Guide for stores and field leadership. Often exceeding 300 pages, each book brings together merchandising strategies, floor plans, visual standards, and operational information to support seasonal and in-store execution.
As lead designer and project manager for this publication, I coordinate content across multiple business partners and oversee the guide from concept through final delivery. Partnering with Buyers, Inventory Planning, Procurement, Visual Merchandising, Store Operations, and Field Leadership teams, I lead content development, page layout design, and review cycles. I manage stakeholder feedback and oversee production across both print and digital formats.
This guide plays a key role in communicating seasonal brand vision and ensuring a consistent customer experience across all retail locations throughout the United States and international markets.
Perimeter Merchandising Book
Manage and update Perimeter Merchandising Books that provide stores and field leadership with guidance for maintaining areas outside of the main seasonal floorset throughout Williams Sonoma stores. Focused on core assortments and everyday product categories, these guides communicate product placement, fixture layouts, merchandising standards, and presentation expectations that support a consistent customer experience.
As the designer and project lead for these publications, I partner with Merchandising and Visual Merchandising teams to translate assortment strategies into clear visual communication tools. I refresh content, refine layouts, implement assortment updates, manage review cycles, and oversee production proofing and printing through final delivery.
These books serve as an important resource for helping stores execute perimeter presentations consistently across retail locations throughout the United States and international markets.
Store Opening SharePoint Site
Led the creation, development, and ongoing management of a SharePoint site supporting Williams Sonoma new store openings, relocations, and remodels. I designed and organized the platform as a centralized resource for project updates, timelines, documentation, and store-specific information across complex, cross-functional initiatives.
The site streamlines communication and improves operational efficiency by connecting Visual Merchandising, Operations, Supply Chain, Field Leadership, and Store Management teams from planning through store opening.
Merchandising SharePoint Site
Designed, developed, and continue to manage a centralized SharePoint resource hub that supports Williams Sonoma Visual Merchandising teams, field leaders, store management, store associates, and business partners. I designed the user experience, visual organization, and content structure to create an intuitive resource platform for the Product Presentation Guide, training materials, operational tools, and key project information.
By bringing critical resources together in an easy-to-navigate platform, the site improves accessibility, streamlines communication, and supports consistent execution across the organization.
Special Projects | Art Of The Table
Art of the Table was one of several merchandising concepts explored throughout the year to inspire future product development and customer engagement opportunities. The initiative focused on reimagining the tabletop as a storytelling platform, bringing together product, presentation, and digital touchpoints to create a more connected customer experience.
As part of the ideation process, I proposed using menu concepts featuring QR codes and dinnerware collections designs that linked customers to recipes and online content, extending the in-store experience beyond the table display.
